Something that keeps me awake at night is the question of mortality. I think about life, death and time. My life has been great, a calling with movement into new areas. Recently I have been pondering death and how much time there really is left on this earth. It feels like the clock is ticking faster and that the battery may run out. When this thinking occurs, it can impact your day to day ability to complete tasks and move towards ideas that are percolating. Remember that each day is a gift and you can choose to focus on that which will fill you with love and happiness. Remember to take the time to do the things you want to do. Be grateful for all of your life experiences and honor all the lessons learned whether they were positive or negative. Each day, take a deep breath and be grateful that your eyes have opened yet another day. Life is precious. Don’t spend it wishing for something to happen or waiting for someone to come along. You already know what you need to do. Stay grounded in the now. Love yourself for the grand person that you are becoming. You are a gift. The world is waiting for you. It’s time.
